Openserve’s Global Connect international private lease circuit (IPLC), is a secured and dedicated international point-to-point leased line service between SA-based customers and the rest of the world.

* Capacity levels and restoration on service are subject to availability

• The service starts at the customer’s address in SA and is dependent on last-mile infrastructure availability in the access.
• Provisioned as half and full circuit; Openserve can coordinate with international carriers for the foreign half of a full circuit or the clients may coordinate with an international carrier of their choice for the other foreign half of the circuit.
• Openserve has access to African, European, Asian and American markets.
• The IPLC foreign address can be reached through the procurement of a foreign lease.
