Beauty is the new CEO of Openserve appointed 01 July 2025. In her new role, Beauty will lead the organisation into the future under the One Telkom strategy, ensuring that it maintains its status as the leading wholesale infrastructure provider.

Her leadership style is rooted in purpose, customer centricity, collaboration, and performance.

Beauty has over 25 years of experience in the ICT industry, including 15 years in executive leadership. Her most recent executive role was Chief of Staff, Strategy & Mergers and Acquisitions at Telkom Group. Other executive roles she has held include; Chief of Direct Sales and Technology; Chief Technology & Information Officer (both at Telkom Consumer); Executive: Service Delivery & Solution Design and Executive: IT Outsource Services (both at Cybernest).

A thought leader, Beauty is adept at business planning, strategy, sales, business development, stakeholder engagement, investor relations, M&A execution, and operational management across mobile networks, fixed-line networks, and IT systems. She has proven expertise in driving digital transformation and enablement, post-merger integration, fostering high-performance teams, and cultivating strong partnerships to achieve business growth and operational excellence.
